Shipping policy

Please note Australia Post parcel deliveries are being delayed due to major COVID-19 disruptions. Looking at recent tracking it is currently taking 2 weeks for delivery.

Mail Orders are dispatched daily Monday to Friday via the Australia Post or Australia Post Signature on Delivery Service. Signature on Delivery captures a signature of the recipient once the item has been delivered, if you are not home you can pick the parcel up at your local post office.

We can ship anywhere in Australia. All shipping fees will be calculated during the checkout process. You can get an estimation of the shipping costs by using the calculate shipping tab in view cart.

All models come with original packaging and are new unless otherwise stated. All models are checked before shipping and packed carefully to ensure your model will arrive safely.

It is rare a model is “perfect”, our pricing often reflects this. We are not responsible for manufacturer factory errors/paint, tampo and decal imperfections. Should you need to return your item, please email us or phone (03) 8722 7722 so we can help you with the quickest outcome. Please note we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
